4) Avoid heat and sweating – No hot showers, saunas, or workouts for 48 hours.
5) Use a gentle cleanser – Avoid scrubs, active ingredients, or exfoliants. - Talk to your provider for more detailed information on when to resume exfoliants
1) Do not pick or peel flaking skin – This can lead to scarring or uneven tone.
2) Apply soothing products – Epicutis Lipid Recovery Masques, DMK Beta Gel, Vivant Totaloe, Glymed Comfort Cream, iS Clinical Copper Firming Mist… these are all things that can help soothe the skin.
