If you reach the parking lot with the dance studio, I will be in the building that is to the LEFT of that, down the slight hill. There are two buildings that share a parking lot, I will be in the same building as the Spanish immersion Preschool. My suite (115) is located between Oak Hill Spa and the Cabinets business.

*If you show up to the wrong location, or booked for the wrong location and do not show up at the correct location, you will still have to pay the cancellation fee. PLEASE make sure you are arriving to the correct location for your appointment.

**Appointment Policy - NO SHOWS AND SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS - any client who does not show for a scheduled appointment or cancels within a 48 hour period of scheduled appointment will be assessed a fee equal to 50% of the service price. ABSOLUTELY NO exceptions!! 
The no show fee will be charged the day of the occurrence. 

*LATE POLICY - For eyebrow WAX appointments, we allow a 5 minute late policy. For all other appointments, it is a 10 minute late policy. Any arrivals outside these windows will automatically count as a cancellation and a fee will be owed. PLEASE arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Being late will cut into YOUR appointment time for any timed appointments.

**If you need to cancel your appointment, please come back to this site www.vixenesthetics.com & cancel your appointment. PLEASE do not just not show up. 
PLEASE do not message me on Instagram to cancel - the best way to cancel your appointment is by doing it yourself through the app.
**IF YOU RESCHEDULE OVER 2 TIMES - , We will reach out to you, and if it continues to be an issue you will be BLOCKED from booking with us. It becomes a huge hassle to have to repeatedly fill rescheduled appointments. 
**CLIENTS OF JACKIE: - If you are a frequent rescheduling client, you will have to be moved onto one of our providers books. 

**Non-refundable deposits are NON REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS
**The remaining balance for your procedure is due the day of your procedure. I do NOT accept Cashapp/Venmo. Cash and card only.

FOR MICROBLADING: It is required to have your Perfecting Session within 4-12 weeks after your original procedure. If you fail to come in for your Perfecting Session or cancel, you understand that your Perfecting Session may be pushed back far beyond the 12 week mark. 
**If you come in beyond 12 weeks, an appointment for a regular maintenance touchup will be required, as will the associated fee. 
**Regardless of unforeseen circumstances that may arise which could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure, however please understand that such changes affect not only me, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48 hours advance notice is mandatory. If you fail to cancel your appointment within this time, your deposit is forfeited and a fee will be owed.
**To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it WILL be necessary to reschedule and cancellation policy will apply. For brow waxing appointments, you cannot be more than 5 minutes late. If you are continuously late, you will be blocked from booking.

****AGAIN: Any client that does NOT show for a scheduled appointment, or cancels within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit any deposits and will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the service price, they will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment. No exceptions! 
** FOR PMU CLIENTS - Results vary for each individual. Is difficult to predict how well your skin will retain pigment or how it will heal. Due to this & many other various factors we cannot guarantee your individual results but will do our best to please each client & will go through great lengths to do so. 

**Only the individual receiving services is allowed in the procedure room. No children under the age 18 are allowed in the procedure room. Children under the age of 18 who are receiving treatments must have parental supervision and consent. NOBODY under the age of 18 can receive a permanent makeup procedure. NO exceptions.

**If you show up to an appointment & have previous cosmetic tattoos that the artist wasn't aware of, we may deny you as a client. As stated in my FAQ, clients with previous work are REQUIRED to book a consultation.
**We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
